Between the Lines: An Exhibition in Ink

Black is chic. This also applies to ink!

As a medium, it has a great significance in the history of comics. Draughtsmen and women all over the world have put it on paper, whether with pen, brush or fineliner, and created countless works that could not be more different in style.

The Berlin School for Comics & Illustration invites you to dive into the inkwell and presents an insight into this multifaceted medium. With original comic pages and illustrations by Berlin artists, it offers an insight into the diversity of ink drawings. The artists present their pictures in various shades of black.

Included are works by Noémie Fantôme, Kenan Wünnecke, Zora Sauerteig, Alea Rodriguez, Jules Fischer, Viktoriya Korshunova, Cob Crawler and other comic artists.
