The Renate comic meetup takes place every first Monday of the month from 8pm, since 2018 with the support of Comic Invasion Berlin. Comic artists and those interested in comics exchange ideas about their new comics and experiences, give each other feedback and input, chat or listen to small lectures and presentations. Each session we invite an experienced comic artist as a mentor to give professional feedback too.
The regulars’ table has been taking place online since June 2020, as a video group chat with registration. We are turning this into an opportunity and also invite mentors outside of Berlin. “Bring” digital examples of your work, e.g. what you are currently working on, if you want feedback and want to show your work. The video call is not recorded and is only accessible to the participating comic artists.
