Comic City Berlin – A Walking Tour

You are new in the city and want to know what Berlin has to offer regarding comics? French artist, writer and publisher Alex Chauvel, who has lived in Berlin since 2013, will guide you through some of the highlights of the local comics scene. An opportunity to learn about bookstores, libraries, meetups, ateliers and publishing houses. During the stations of the walking tour, you are going to have talks with artists, publishers and other protagonists of this ‘poor, but sexy’ scene at the heart of Germany’s comics landscape.

Participation is free, but it is mandatory to register for it since we have a limited number of participants. Please send an email to cibsatellites@gmail.com with the topic “Walking Tour” explaining why you are interested in the activity. You’ll receive a confirmation if you are admitted.

The Walking Tour will be held in English.

We ask the participants to wear comfortable shoes and bring water and some food for the walk.

It will be necessary to take the subway at some point, so you need to buy a ticket. It costs 3,- Euro.
