Exhibition „Connecting Stories“
The exhibition shows chapters of the collection of short graphic essays created as part of the project “Connecting Stories” for ARD/SWR.
The concept was developed by Julia Kleinbeck and Lucie Langston and realized collectively with seven female illustrators. The result is seven chapters that address feminist issues in different nuances, emphasize the value of friendship, and break new ground through collaborative drawing and storytelling. The medium of comics was used in an innovative way and, by combining the different drawing styles, an exciting ‘graphic venture’ was created.
