How do you actually pull a big comics festival together?

There are lots of great people around the world who organize great comic festivals. We want to encourage the exchange between these people and invited Lea Willimann from the Swiss festival Fumetto, Athanasía Aarniosuo from the Finnish festival in Helsinki and Annina Brell from the festival in Hamburg.

Hosted by the Berlin festival director Lara Keilbart, all four will talk about their experiences in financing, organizing and realizing the event, as well as answer questions from the audience.
