“What’s wrong with me?” – Representations of mental condition in comics

In the context of ComicInvasion, the Comics-Exchange format – jointly organized by AG Comicforschung, the Berlin Comic Colloquium and the Austrian Society for Comics Research and Education – will take place for the first time as a face-to-face event.

Comics-Exchange is a low-threshold platform that aims to offer all scholars, artists, journalists, teachers, etc. interested in comics a (digital) space for informal exchange and networking. Under the heading “What’s wrong with me? Representations of mental condition in comics”, three speakers will present a comic of their choice in a 5-minute talk. This will be followed by a discussion with the plenum. The current program can be found here.
